So,  the answer to whether or not you should pop a pimple is a big NO. Popping pimples may be very tempting but they don’t truly help your skin in the long run–especially if you’re not popping them the right way. Popping pimples may seem like you’re getting rid of the pimple but that’s not what’s going on inside your skin. Popping them can cause even more irritation and breakouts because it doesn’t truly heal the pimple, it’s more like a quick fix. But as many know, when it comes to acne, there is no quick fix. Sad life. The best way to heal a pimple is to hydrate the skin so it is strong and healthy enough to heal itself. Being gentle with your skin is much better than aggravating it!


Things that help with a pimple:

• Hydrating your skin
  
• Using ingredients that help calm and heal: Centella Asiatica, Aloe Vera, Green Tea, and Propolis
