Intially bought this because it had a huge sale and I was trying to meet the free shipping requirement... the first use I was skeptical because it worked as past conditioners have; it made my hair soft but when rinsed out my hair was not as soft. However after the second and third use, my opinion completely changed; my hair had never been this soft before. (not an exaggeration). I've fully replaced this from my current conditioner. I also love that its also mild enough to be used on the roots and scalp, there are no conditioners on the market that a hair dresser has recommended for me to put anywhere but the ends of my hair. I just wish it came in a more standard full size bottle instead of travel sized packets.

I’ve had dry scalp for a long time and NOTHING would moisturize my scalp enough without flakes. I randomly got this is a quarterly box and I immediately bought 12 more. I am 30 year old male and I do not have dandruff anymore because of this product. Also my hair looks amazing!

I like the resealable packet, and that the packet itself is safe to leave in the shower without getting messed up, but I wish there were options for bigger containers for people who'd like to get an extended use out of the product before having to repurchase. I only use this about twice a week on my shampoo days since I already have a leave in conditioner I like, so a single packet has really gone a long way for me. It works as well as my regular conditioner, and I definitely recommend leaving it in for the instructed amount of time for the best results. I bought this one on a whim and am considering buying one of the other formulas, but I'm not sure if I see myself continuing to purchase this in individual packets long term.

The smell is nice too. It's sweet, but light, and it doesn't linger after showering. Just like a nice little treat for when applying.

TLDR: Leaving 5 stars because I have no complaints for how the formula works on my hair, but I think the small packets as a container will make me steer away from wanting to purchase more frequently.
